It's SUMMER!!!

We started out summer events just a little early this year and even on a Wednesday night!!

Last Wednesday we had a pool party at the home of Ray & Lorraine Long. All of the kids were pretty much shoulder to shoulder in the pool, but hey, who's complaining? It's summer... in a swimming pool... they didn't care :)

RA Campout

These RA's had a blast at their spring campout! They usually have 2 campout a year (weather permitting) and they LOVE it!! Thank you Monsour's for allowing a bunch of rowdy boys to come out and camp at your place!!

Jackson Fun Day!

Hayride...

Due to some supposed wet weather, we unfortunately had to move our annual hayride inside to the FBC gym. We still had an incredible turnout with great food, fun games and cute, cute costumes!!

Ballet Magnificat

A few of our 1st-6th grade girls went to see Ballet Magnificat at a local church. It was beautiful! Here are a few pictures I took with my phone.

Offerings for our Soldiers

This past summer our VBS kids collected over $2000 in change not only to buy items for our soldiers, but also to see our pastor wrestle a crocodile! It was a great week! The money was used to buy items for all of the injured soldiers in Germany and sent to the hospital over there. All of our G.A.'s and R.A.'s and most of the adults all sent cards in the boxes with prayers, words of encouragement, and special thanks for fighting for our great country!
