Can You Please Help??

The 1st-3rd grade G.A. Girls have been really busy making Christmas ornaments! I know, I know, the pink tree is really cute :) Please stop by the upstairs coffee area and take a look at the tree. These ornaments don't have a set price, but all donations are appreciated and accepted. All of the proceeds go toward Relay for Life!!

Mr. Cecil Gets a Christmas Surprise...

This past Sunday night, some of the 1st-6th graders, Mrs. Debbie Ivey and I made a trip to visit Mr. Cecil Jones. Mr. Cecil isn't able to come to church as much as he would like, so we took church to him. The kiddos made christmas ornaments for him and decorated a Christmas tree so that we could brighten his day. Merry Christmas, Mr. Cecil! We love you!

R.A. Sunday

Sunday was a very nice day in church. The service was wonderful, we gained a new sister in Christ and our R.A. boys did a GREAT job of taking offering and being greeters and door holders. There were so many R.A.'s here that the R.A. leaders had a hard time finding jobs for them to do! Here are just a few pictures I was able to take before the service started.

"Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. The kids worked long and hard on their Christmas musical this past Saturday and Mrs. Carolyn was defnitely "JUMPING FOR JOY" because the kids are doing a fabulous job!! After they practiced, they ate pizza and went to play on the new equipment at Bonita Lakes. The weather was perfect and the kids had SO much fun!! Make your plans now to attend the children's Christmas Musical on Sunday, December 7 at 6:00 p.m. You don't want to miss it!
